As more teams adopted the BBC’s shared web platform, our discovery components team became inundated with support requests, creating dependencies and slowing delivery.
I identified outdated Figma components as a key cause and led the work to rebuild them, collaborating with the central design system team to help designers work independently and consistently across the BBC.
